Private dining at Madeline Farms is led by Chef Brenden High of Grassroots Catering. A pitmaster and former private chef with more than 15 years in the kitchen, Chef Brenden creates comforting, soulful dishes with a twist, from smoked meats to seasonal plates and elegant small bites. Every menu is built from the ground up, using locally sourced ingredients, and tailored to your gathering.
