Cancellation Policy

At Madeline Farms, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your booking experience as flexible and stress-free as possible while still allowing us to thoughtfully prepare for each guest’s stay. From the moment you reserve to the day you arrive, we aim to create a seamless experience that gives you peace of mind and the confidence to plan your visit with ease.

Flexible, Guest-Focused Booking

At Madeline Farms, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your booking experience as flexible and stress-free as possible while still allowing us to thoughtfully prepare for each guest’s stay.

Cancellations

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Flexible Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling with no expiration. If your plans change, you may move your reservation to any available future date without penalty.

Even for last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date so you can still enjoy your stay at Madeline Farms.

Additional Notes

  • Children sleeping with parents are not counted toward the guest total

  • Events of up to 24 guests may be permitted when pairing properties (Carriage Stone), with prior approval
