The farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Yes. Guests can meet the animals and often participate in feeding, grooming, and egg gathering with guidance from your host, Farmer Tony.

Yes. Popular experiences include a Hayride & Bovine Safari, which can be added to your stay for a deeper farm experience.

Yes. Guests may book farm-to-table meals prepared by our private chef. After your reservation is confirmed, we will connect you with the chef to discuss menus, availability, and pricing.

Yes. Madeline Farms and nearby Carriage Stone Farm are beautiful settings for micro-weddings and small private gatherings.

Yes. Up to two dogs under 75 lbs are welcome with a $175 pet fee.

Yes. Dogs must:
Remain leashed outside at all times
Not be allowed on furniture or beds
Be crated or contained when guests leave the property
Be moved if they disturb farm animals
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Check-in is 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
Check-out is before 11:00 AM. -
Guests can use self check-in with a keypad.

Yes. All visitors must sign an Equine Farm Waiver, as required by Virginia state law when interacting with horses and farm animals.

Guests may explore most areas of the farm, but the barn, attic, basement, and outbuildings should only be visited with Farmer Tony present.

Guests may enter the fields only after receiving permission from Farmer Tony.

If you need to cancel last minute, guests may move their reservation to another available date without penalty, subject to availability.
